The Chappell Hills Property Owners Association is organized to promote the interests of the property owners in the tracts of land known as "Chappell Hills" in Washington County, Texas in the following ways:

The Chappell Hills Property Owners Association is voluntary, non-profit, non-sectarian and non-partisan. However, anything affecting the well fair of the community may be brought before a meeting.
Objectives
- To monitor compliance with the Deed Restrictions and to provide notification to owners of documented violations.
- To receive and disburse maintenance funds for the common areas in the Related Documents. The association has the right, but not necessarily the duty to oversee the maintenance of all unoccupied lots, parks, easements and common areas located within the subdivision.
- To provide fellowship and goodwill among the owners, their guests and the surrounding community.
